Adding a cancel button while downloading cloud files to ensure that users don't get soft locked in the app.

• As of right now, if you lose internet connection while you have a cloud connection folder open and try to download a file, the "Please wait; Downloading document" dialog shows, but there's no way that you can close out of the prompt without closing the app without internet.

• Similarly, if you are able reconnect to the internet while the prompt is still open, the file will begin downloading. However, if you lose connection again, the file download will pause where it is, and there still isn't a way to exit out of the downloading dialog.
