In scripts where the story day is notated in the scene header within parentheses (i.e., "(
D1
)", "(
N4
)", "(
D7
)", etc.) annotations that specifically target the text within the parentheses in the previous draft highlight the full parenthetical in the new draft (i.e., "
(D1)
", "
(N4)
", "
(D7)
", etc.).
For this use case, the story days have been tagged within the parentheses so that they can be easily exported as CSV without the parentheses. When the parentheses are incorporated in the tag post-transfer, the user has to go back and re-tag all the story days.
While technically inclined users could use a Find & Replace function to remove the parentheses from the CVS, most users won't have the time to clean up their exported tags. Also, that workaround wouldn't apply to PDF exports.
